The Stuttering Exploration Deck was created by Ana Hernandez, a bilingual speech-language pathologist with extensive experience supporting children and adults who stutter through stuttering-affirming, person-centered care. This bilingual affirmation and conversation flashcard deck is designed for children and adults who stutter. With affirmations on the front and guided reflection questions on the back, these English and Spanish cards invite meaningful conversations about stuttering, communication, and honors neurodiversity.

Whether used in speech-language therapy, a support group, or a conversation at home, this deck offers a welcoming starting point for exploring thoughts and feelings, developing self-understanding, and practicing self-advocacy.

Includes 3 themes to explore:

• Knowledge: Explores accurate information about stuttering, challenges common misconceptions, and builds understanding that supports confidence and self-advocacy.
• Kindness: Nurtures self-kindness, explores self-perceptions, and gently challenges negative self-talk related to stuttering and communication.
