Refund policy

Returns on Digital Products

Because your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or once it is sent to the customer via email. For this reason, we do not accept returns on digital items. All digital purchases made on www.bilingualspeechie.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. 

Delivery of Goods and Services

If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact lilianadiaz@bilingualspeechie.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.

Returns on Physical Flashcards

Physical products such as flashcards may be returned within 7 days of purchase. All stickers on the website are final sale. All returned products must be unopened and in its original packaging including plastic seal. Products that have been open (plastic seal opened or destroyed) will not be accepted for refund. Please reach out to lilianadiaz@bilingualspeechie.com for returns. Do not mail the product to the shipper address without reaching out to lilianadiaz@bilingualspeechie.com. If mailed without notice, return will not be accepted. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Refund will be made once the product has been returned to Bilingual Speechie and has been determined unopened and unused. If your return is accepted, please allow 5-8 business days for processing and for the payment to appear on your account. 

Returns on Apparel

We do not accept returns and/or exchanges on apparel as it is all custom-made to order. If you are unsure about sizing, please refer to our sizing charts on the listing. Each size chart is specific to each listing. We cannot provide returns/exchanges if an incorrect size is purchased. We recommend sizing up or reaching out via email for personalized assistance in selecting the appropriate size. 

Once an order is placed, we cannot accommodate for cancellations and/or changes after 3 hours of the order being placed as all orders are processed through a third party printer. 

Please follow care instructions listed on the apparel as we cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper washing. 

In the event that your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.
