Domestic Shipping Policy

After your order is placed, there is a processing time of 2-3 business days. If you purchase priority shipping, please still allow 2-3 business days for processing. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. Order cut-off time is 8:00 pm CT. Orders placed after 8:00 pm CT will be processed the following business day. Shipping is calculated during checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is placed. You will also receive an email with shipping confirmation once your order ships.

Lost/Stolen Packages`

Your shipping cost will automatically be calculated at checkout.  Please keep in mind that international shipping rates and rules vary. Please follow checkout options to receive your calculated rate and estimated delivery time. Please note customs fees may apply for shipments according to local legislation. Duty & tax charges may be required before delivery. You may also be subject to additional fees from your local post office. Bilingual Speechie does not enforce these fees, therefore we cannot waive them. Bilingual Speechie cannot predict and is not responsible for any customs or duty charges that the recipient may incur.
