Returns on Digital Products

Because your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or once it is sent to the customer via email. For this reason, we do not accept returns on digital items. All digital purchases made on www.bilingualspeechie.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. 

Delivery of Goods and Services

If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact lilianadiaz@bilingualspeechie.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.

Returns on Physical Products

Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with the exception of stickers. All stickers on the website are final sale. All returned products must be unopened and in its original packaging including plastic seal. Products that have been open (plastic seal opened or destroyed) will not be accepted for refund. Please reach out to lilianadiaz@bilingualspeechie.com for returns. Do not mail the product to the shipper address without reaching out to lilianadiaz@bilingualspeechie.com. If mailed without notice, return will not be accepted. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Refund will be made once the product has been returned to Bilingual Speechie and has been determined unopened and unused. If your return is accepted, please allow 5-8 business days for processing and for the payment to appear on your account.
